Time to my party

Time to my party ( hint: it’s math, you can use a calculator, but not all of the clues are math….. ).

                                                     Time

First number of time:        3 x 8 – 23 + 3 x 1 = ???

Second number of time:     1 2 3, 4 5 6       Cross out even numbers. Leaves you with 3

numbers. My friends are Blabbalong and Starsunmoon2, counting me that gives you __.

Third number in time:   Starsunmoon2 is my friend. Find 3 letters that have 2 of them.

For Example; spaceiscool has two  o’s  and two s’s in it. find 3 in Starsunmoon2.

If you figured it out,  it’s the letter that could be a number. Like “E” could be 3.
